Acreage & Ranch Fencing — Montgomery County, TX
Acreage & Ranch Fencing in Montgomery County
Property lines, pastures, and gates for the land outside the subdivisions.
Fencing for land, not just lots
Head a few miles off FM 1774 or FM 149 and the lots turn into acreage — two, five, ten acres or more in unincorporated Montgomery County, often with no HOA at all. Fencing that kind of property is a different job. Runs are long, ground isn't level, tree lines and creeks get in the way, and the fence may need to hold a horse, a goat, or a determined dog rather than just mark a boundary.
We plan acreage fences from the corners out. Strong corner and brace assemblies are what keep wire tight for years, so that's where we start. Then we choose the fence type for each stretch: no-climb along a horse pasture, field wire around goats, rail fencing along the road frontage where looks matter, and wide gates wherever a truck, trailer, or tractor needs through.
Acreage fence options
Split rail & board
Classic rail fencing for road frontage, driveways, and front pastures.
Field wire
Woven wire for goats, sheep, dogs, and general pasture use.
No-climb horse fence
Tight mesh that keeps hooves out of the wire and horses safely contained.
Property-line fencing
Barbed wire, field wire, or privacy fencing to clearly mark your boundary.
