You request an estimate
Call, text, or book online. It helps to send your address (so we know whether you're in a city, unincorporated county, or an HOA), a rough length or sketch, photos of the yard or existing fence, the material you're considering, and whether it's a new fence, a replacement, or a repair. Simple jobs can often start with a phone or photo estimate. Irregular lots, strict HOAs, and acreage get a site visit so the footage is right before we quote.
-
We price it for your lot
The quote is built from your property, not a website calculator: footage and height, material and style, gates and hardware, slope and access, tear-out of the old fence, and what your HOA or jurisdiction requires. You get a written estimate. Financing is available on qualifying jobs.
-
You approve, and we handle the paperwork
Once you accept, we schedule the job and start on what has to happen before an install date. We request Texas 811 locates so buried utilities are marked. If your neighborhood requires HOA or ARC approval, we help put together what they ask for: style, height, stain color, and which side faces out. If your address needs a permit, we confirm which jurisdiction applies — unincorporated Montgomery County, the City of Magnolia, and the City of Montgomery don't all work the same way.
-
Installation day
The crew arrives with the materials on your quote. Most residential fences take one to three days once we're on site; weather, 811 markings, or HOA timing can move a start date, and we'll tell you when that happens. We confirm the layout with you before posts go in, remove the old fence if it's in the scope, set posts for the soil we actually find in the hole, build the fence, hang the gates, and clean up. If something doesn't match the quote, like buried concrete or extra footage, we stop and talk with you before adding any cost.
-
Walkthrough and closeout
We walk the line with you, swing every gate, and make sure the job matches what you approved. Punch-list items get fixed, and we tell you what upkeep your material needs in our heat and humidity. Questions after the job go to the same local team. Gates often need a small adjustment once new posts settle, and we'll come back and do that at no charge.
